How to Apply for the 2024-25 School Year

1. Create a Parent Application Account either by clicking “Create an Account” above or by clicking here. (If you currently have a student attending LCHS, login into your FACTS Family Portal and skip to step 3)
2. Verify Account Once you create your account, you will receive an email with a verification link. (This verification may take 10-15 minutes to receive, please check your spam/junk folder.) Click the unique verification link located in the email.
3. Login to your parent account, and select Create a New Student Application. Applications do not need to be completed all at once. You can save your progress at any time and complete it at a later date by logging back into your parent account by clicking here.
4. Submit Application when all components are complete and documents (birth certificate and immunization records) are uploaded. Applications will not be reviewed for acceptance until formally submitted with the non-refundable application fee. Application Fee for the 2024-25 School Year: $50 which will increase to $100 on Feb 1, 2024.

Transfer Students for the 2023-24 School Year

If you are interested in joining us for second semester in Janurary as a transfer student into grades 9, 10 or 11, please first complete the Pre-Approval Questionnaire. Contact the Admissions Office for more information on the transfer process. Application Fee for the 2023-24 School Year: $100
